DMCA Takedown Policy

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send an email to dmca@jaipurhaat.in with the subject "DMCA Notice", including the following information:

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

• Disable or remove access to the allegedly infringing shortened URL(s).
• Notify the user who created the shortened URL, where appropriate.
• Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification with adequate information explaining your position. We may restore the content at our discretion, if legally appropriate.
